How we work
1. Analysis and listening
We always start from an honest conversation. We understand the problem, the constraints, the budget. We don't sell pre-packaged solutions — we listen first, propose after. Often the right solution is simpler than what the client imagines.
2. Working prototype
In 2-4 weeks we build a real prototype, not a static mockup. Show it to your team, test it with real data, tell us what works and what doesn't. Fast iterations, no months of waiting to see something functional.
3. Incremental development
We release features in blocks, every 2-3 weeks. The software grows organically, guided by real user feedback. No surprises at final delivery — because there's no "final delivery", there's a product that continuously improves.
4. Deployment and training
We install the software on your infrastructure (or on servers we manage), configure monitoring and backups, train your team. We don't leave you alone with a PDF manual — we stay available for support and updates.
5. Ongoing maintenance
Software doesn't end when it goes to production. We update dependencies, optimize performance, add requested features. Our support is included because we believe in long-term client relationships.
